KLHIISA is pleased to share an invitation to the upcoming Lunch & Learn session hosted by the Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team (KLHOHT). The session will focus on the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program, an important mental health support service available to adults across Ontario.

About the Session

OSP staff members Robyn and Michelle will provide detailed information on the following:

  • Overview of the OSP program

  • Eligibility and who the program serves

  • How referrals work

  • What clients can expect during treatment

  • A question-and-answer period

About the OSP Program

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program offers free cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to adults experiencing anxiety or depression. The program provides support through virtual sessions, phone consultations, and in-person services. OSP focuses on teaching practical strategies to help individuals manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Who Should Attend

This Lunch & Learn session is open to:

  • Community members

  • Health service providers

  • Primary care nurses and community nurses

  • Pharmacists

  • Anyone interested in mental health services and supports
